Where do my kids go?

Helping kids “grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ”.  2 Peter 3.18

Route 318 (Sunday 11:15 am)

Formerly known as Sunday school, Route 318 will help kids get on the right road to growing in Jesus.  The 11:15 hour each week offers both small and large group settings.  Everyone meets in the Filling Station for the Bible story and upbeat music.  Then the small groups divide up for life application, scripture memory and other activities.  Small group time provides a wonderful opportunity for children to get to know others and make friends.  Our small group leaders love God and want to help kids know him!  The 3 core principles that your child will learn in Route 318 are:
1.    I need to make the wise choice.
2.    I can trust God no matter what.
3.    I should treat others the way I want to be treated.

Pit Stop (Wednesday 6:30-7:30 pm)

Wednesday nights are a great time for a “fill-up” in the middle of the week!  Our preschoolers meet in Room 6 of the Children’s Building for their own fun time of Bible stories, games, crafts and snacks.  The children in K-5th grade participate in a variety of learning experiences throughout the year including Bible studies, choir, field trips, and missions activities.

Our Nursery

Our nursery, located in the Family Life Center staffed by volunteers and paid caregivers, is open during all services for babies and toddlers until their 3rd birthday.  (There is a separate class for 2 year olds in the Children’s Building on Sunday   mornings.)  Our nursery staff is not just here to baby sit.  We believe that even the youngest infant can begin to learn about God and His love through contact with loving, caring adults.

The Filling Station (Sunday 9:45 am)

This is the time each week when our Kindergarteners through 5th graders get “filled up” with God’s word and get “pumped up” to live for Him.  The Prayz Crew leads our singing, and truth from the Bible is presented in a variety of ways that kids understand and enjoy.  Parents are always welcome to join in the fun as we learn and grow to be like Jesus!  Plus, our time together in the Filling Station directly correlates to what the children learn in Route 318.

Wee Worship (Sunday 9:45 am)

The 2 year olds enjoy age-appropriate Bible lessons, music activities and play in their class during the morning services.  The preschoolers join the “big kids” in the Filling Station for singing before returning to their classes for a Bible story and activities.
